How does a loyalty program work with Fydl?
With Fydl, your customers build up points and then swap them for the rewards you set. Fydl is loyalty card software for high-street shops, sole traders and chains. You run your program from the app, on a phone or a tablet. Your customers find their card in Apple Wallet, Google Wallet or the web app, without downloading the Fydl app.
How do I create a digital loyalty program?
From the Fydl app on your phone or your tablet: create your account, choose your points rule, make the card your own and add your first reward. Your sign-up link and QR code are then ready to share in the shop or on social.
Can I give points per visit, or based on how much is spent?
Yes. You can give a point on every visit, like a stamp, or points based on how much was spent (e.g. €1 = 1 point). You pick whichever rule suits your shop.
How do I give points to my customers?
Scan their QR code from the Fydl app on your phone or your tablet to add their points. If a customer has left their phone at home, find them in your customer list: you can add their points from their record instead.
How do my customers get their card without downloading an app?
They scan your QR code or open your sign-up link, then enter their phone number. Their card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The web app is there as well, and the Fydl app is optional.
How do my customers use their rewards?
As soon as they have the points they need, their rewards become available. You approve the one they choose, and the matching points come off their balance automatically.
How does the birthday reward work?
You set up a birthday reward. It unlocks by itself on each customer’s birthday and is claimed like any other reward. A personal touch, and a good reason to come back.
Is Fydl really free?
